We collect what is necessary to operate the service, retain it for the time needed to operate the service, and route it through procedural review when appropriate.
What we collect
Claim text, optional uploaded images for analysis, optional contact information you provide, and minimal technical logs (request metadata) used to operate and improve the service.
How we use it
To run structural analyses, to maintain and improve the reasoning architecture, to respond to Challenge / Review submissions, and to fulfill legal obligations.
Third-party processing
Analyses may be processed by upstream model providers under contractual confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Submissions are retained for the period necessary to operate and audit the service. Removal requests may be filed through the Challenge / Review channel.
Children
Breakpoint is not directed to children under 13.
