Restrained terms governing access to Breakpoint. Breakpoint is the surface layer of the Ordo reasoning engine. By using it, you accept the terms below.
Acceptable use
Breakpoint is a structural claim-analysis instrument. Do not submit content that infringes rights, harasses identified individuals, or violates applicable law. Submissions may be reviewed, retained, or refused at our discretion.
No verdicts
Breakpoint does not certify truth, determine intent, establish guilt, or issue legal conclusions. Outputs are structural analyses, not judgments.
Intellectual property
Breakpoint™, Ordo™, Nexum™, and related marks are proprietary marks of their respective owner. The reasoning architecture, prompt structures, and engine outputs are protected. No reverse-engineering, model-extraction, or systematic harvesting is permitted.
Service availability
Access is provided on an as-is basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breakpoint and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing terms
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Disputes are governed by the law of the operator's principal jurisdiction.
